Card I made tonight from the OWH Sketch Challenge #177 (http://operationwritehome.org/sketch-challenge-177/).

I think it turned out pretty good!  The more I do, the more I enjoy card making.  And I appreciate all the help I am getting from following OWH...all while donating my cards to a good cause!

  1. Cheryl, Welcome to Blog-land and to Operation Write Home! Like you, I was a devoted scrapbooker until I discovered Shutterfly where creating a picture album is easy and fast. Around the same time, I discovered OWH in a paper crafting magazine. In 2012, I decided to begin my own blog to 'show-off' my cards. Someof mine are winners, some of them are not. Your blog is nice, clean, and simple. This card is awesome as to the color comination and the sentiment. I wonder if the dots and splash of orange were made with a stamp? I'm glad I found you!

    1. Thanks for the words of encouragement! The only stamp is the sentiment. The rest was paper in a 6 x 6 pack I've had for awhile - I think it was from archivers.

  2. Love how you combined the colors and patterns!
